Key Responsibilities:

• QC Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive Quality Control plans aligned with project specifications and standards
• Structural Inspections: Conduct systematic inspections of foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and load-bearing elements
• Material Testing & Verification: Oversee material testing programs, verify certifications, and approve suppliers and deliverables
• Documentation Management: Prepare detailed inspection reports, test certificates, and maintain complete QC documentation
• Code Compliance: Ensure all works comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements
• Non-Conformance Tracking: Identify, document, and manage defects with corrective action follow-up
• Team Coordination: Supervise QC inspectors and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project management
• Safety & Environmental Standards: Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
• Client & Authority Liaison: Communicate with clients, architects, and regulatory bodies on quality matters

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in structural QC on commercial/hospitality projects
• Professional License: PE/PEng or equivalent registration
• Expertise in:
  • Concrete construction and testing methodologies
  • Steel structural systems
  • Foundation design and verification
  • Building codes and standards (IBC, ACI, AISC, local regulations)
• Strong command of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software, and project management platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior hotel or hospitality project experience
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) knowledge
• Quality management certifications (CQE, CMQ/OE)
• Experience with MEP coordination
