Responsibilities

• Monitor all quality related activities on the project
• Perform acceptance and rejection of services or completed work
• Ensure that construction project plans are properly executed
• Perform or verify that all required construction sampling, testing and documentation are performed correctly
• Provide reports of observation and test results
• Day-to-day working knowledge of project documents, drawings, specifications & scope of work.
• Notify Contractors’ representatives of all identified deficiencies
• Issue and track status of all project nonconformance reports, including customer complaints. Follow up with Contractors and Construction Manager on fixing non-compliance items on a timely basis. Re-inspect finished corrective work prior to closeout of item.
• Compliance with manufacturer procedures and standards.
• Initiating, documentation and processing of claims (if required).
• Use, control and distribution of project quality documentation.
• Assist with all internal and external quality audits of the project as directed by the Project Construction Manager.
• Assist Construction Manager in collecting data for statistical method reporting as needed.
• Other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a PRC Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Safety
• Monitor the day to day operation on site in line with safeguarding the quality and time of completion of the project including project budget with regard to Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection for ME.
