Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Offer consultancy services to assist clients in implementing and maintaining robust QMS.
• Perform audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Create and update training materials to align with current industry standards and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and support to trainees, offering constructive feedback to enhance their learning journey.
• Work collaboratively with fellow trainers and consultants to deliver a comprehensive training program.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in QMS and OPITO standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), including training, consultancy, or auditing.
• Preferably holds a Lead Auditor Training Certificate for QMS.
• Solid background in OPITO standards or experience with OPITO accredited centers/companies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development.
