We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Makati. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities. This position offers a hybrid work setup, allowing a mix of remote and in-office work for better flexibility and work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Stay current with industry trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and hiring practices is a plus
