About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Expert in Repair and Maintenance of Heavy Equipment to join our specialized maintenance team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment and commercial trucks in compliance with international quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and hydraulic systems in heavy equipment and trucks
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and ISO standards
• Conduct equipment inspections and document findings in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements
• Troubleshoot electrical, engine, and transmission issues
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and service logs
• Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and environmental standards per ISO 14001:2015
• Collaborate with operations teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment and trucks (minimum 5+ years recommended)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems)
• Working knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems)
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel if required
• Certification in heavy equipment repair or diesel engine technology (TESDA NC II)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fleet maintenance management systems
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques
• Background in a regulated or certified manufacturing environment
