We are seeking an experienced Technical Expert in Manufacturing of Bread and Pastries to join our quality assurance and operations team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in bakery production processes and a strong commitment to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Working experience in the “Manufacturing of Bread and Pastries”
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards
  • In-depth Knowledge of the core processes in a bread and pastry manufacturing facility
  • Provide expert guidance on production quality, efficiency, and safety
  • Preferably possesses BIR 2303 and can issue a service invoice

✓ Proven working experience in bread and pastry manufacturing
✓ In-depth knowledge of core manufacturing processes (fermentation, mixing, baking, etc.) and using baking tools
✓ Strong technical and analytical skills
✓ Excellent communication and documentation ability
