We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Training Coordinator / Administrator to join our office operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs and operational excellence. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions and workshops
  • Maintain training records and manage
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and address training needs
  • Prepare and monitor training materials and generate reports

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in course, or related field
  • Fresh Graduates are acceptable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familairity with microsoft, canva, adobe, outlook, tech-savy is advantagous
