Airport Safety and Security Officer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Security Management, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in airport safety and security.
- Knowledgeable in ICAO Annex 17, ICAO Doc 8973, NCASP, ASP, ASQCP, SeMS, and Threat & Vulnerability Assessment.
- Experience in airport planning, design, construction, or renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess airport safety and security programs, plans, SOPs, and related documents.
- Conduct security audits, inspections, and threat and vulnerability assessments.
- Participate in Airport Security Committee (ASC) meetings and regulatory audits.
- Ensure safety and security requirements are incorporated in airport projects.
- Recommend improvements to enhance airport safety, security, and compliance.
