We are embarking on a major railway development project that will support urban mobility, economic growth, and sustainable transportation through the delivery of a fully integrated railway system built to international standards.

 

This project covers the end‑to‑end lifecycle of railway development, including planning, design, construction, testing, commissioning, system integration, and operations and maintenance (O&M). A strong emphasis is placed on safety assurance, system reliability, interoperability, and compliance with global best practices, including Independent Safety Assessment (ISA), Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Independent Checking of full railway systems.

 

To support this complex and high‑impact undertaking, we are seeking highly experienced railway professionals to join our Independent Assessment and Audit Team. Successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and seamless integration across all railway subsystems.


 

📌 Required Experts and Key Positions

 

1. Lead Assessor / Auditor

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 15 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have served as Lead Assessor / Auditor in at least two (2) similar railway projects.
  • Proven experience in conducting:
    • Independent Safety Assessment (ISA)
    • Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
    • Independent Checking of full railway systems.

2. Deputy Lead Assessor

Subsystem Experts, Operations & Maintenance, System Integration
(Japanese Expert – Preferred)

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have acted as Assessor / Auditor in at least two (2) similar railway projects involving:
    • Independent Safety Assessment (ISA)
    • Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
    • Independent Checking of full railway systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese railway system standards is required.

3. Technical Assessor / Auditor

Signaling & Train Control (TC), Telecom, PSD, AFC, OCC

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 15 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have been engaged as Lead Assessor / Auditor for:
    • Signaling & Train Control Systems
    • Telecommunications
    • Platform Screen Doors (PSD)
    • Automatic Fare Collection (AFC)
    • Operations Control Center (OCC)
  • Experience in at least two (2) similar railway projects is required.

4. Technical Assessor / Auditor

Power Supply & Distribution Systems

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have served as Lead Assessor / Auditor for:
    • Power Supply & Distribution Systems
    • Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS)
  • Involvement in at least two (2) similar railway projects.

5. Technical Assessor / Auditor

Depot Equipment, Maintenance Vehicles & Trackworks

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have acted as Lead Assessor / Auditor for:
    • Depot Equipment
    • Maintenance Vehicles
    • Trackworks
  • Experience in at least two (2) similar railway projects.

6. Technical Assessor / Auditor

Systems Interface & Integration, Operations & Maintenance

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have served as Lead Assessor / Auditor for:
    • Systems Interface & Integration
    • Operations & Maintenance
  • Participation in at least two (2) similar railway projects.
  • Interoperability experience is mandatory.

7. Technical Assessor / Auditor

MEPF Systems

Education & Qualifications

  • Graduate of a relevant Engineering discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of railway project experience.
  • Must have acted as Lead Assessor / Auditor for MEPF systems in at least two (2) similar railway projects.
  • Experience working in Japan or strong knowledge of Japanese railway system standards is required.
