Responsibilities:
- Oversee both the sales and operations departments for the Certification Business Unit
- Ensure smooth running of the Certification Business Unit
- Monitor key account clients, and keep an ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times, plan and prioritise new partnership activities
- Build and maintain relationships among cross-functional teams
- Develop and deliver segment specific offers for cross selling strategies hinged on customer analytics and profiling, competition and customer insight
- Follow up on cross selling opportunities with other BV divisions, determine opportunities for new sales
- Evaluate and measure effectiveness of cross sell campaigns
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
- Responsible for the sales targets as per allocated budget and assess profit and loss per contract within the company guidelines
- Participate in the launch of new products, and coordinate with commercial teams
- Coordinate monthly sales review meetings if necessary, chaired by Country Chief Executive
- Authorised to approve contract reviews and sign quotations
- Preparation of materials for marketing and presentation
- Regularly review sales terms and conditions under the approval of Country Chief Executive
- Follow up on new certifications as well as monitor renewal audits
- Prepare weekly reports
- Update details in ARAMIS / ACTIS / CMX and the like, for sales related matters
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business management/ Science or any relevant fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry. Prior experience in ISO certification would be an added advantageous
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Good team player with good social and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
