Job Description:
1)AIR BLOWING OF ALL PIPING SYSTEMS BASED ON MARK-UP  PACKAGES AND WITNESS (DOCUMENTATION ALSO)-(65  PACKAGES APPROX-EACH NCFS)
2)SYSTEM/SUB-SYSTEM WISE LEAK TEST & WITNESS -(36 PACKAGES APPROX-EACH NCFS)
3)PURGING & INERTING OF EACH SYSTEM-(20 PACKAGES APPROX-EACH NCFS )
4)SYSTEM LINEUP FOR PCC / STARTUP
5)PLANT/ UNIT OPERATION
6)VARIOUS INSPECTIONS AT EACH STAGE WITH BAPCO UPSTREAM (PCC/START-UP)
7) ALL WALKTHROUGH(MEI/RFC/RFSU/PSSR)
8)DOCUMENTATION 
9)CLIENT CO-ORDINATION 
13)SYSTEM PUNCHES CLEARANCE DURING PCC&STARTUP
14)PERIT AND LOTO SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Documentation Responsibility: Test pack closure, line clearance certificates, handover records

Soft Skills / Leadership: Strong field coordination, safety-focused,Leadership, coordination, strong HSE awareness

Standards knowledge (added advantage ): ASME B31.3; P&IDs, isometrics,Compressor station experience

Minimum Key Technical Competencies: Line walk, flushing, blowing, pressure testing, valve installation

Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Piping

Experience: Diploma-10–15 years in oil & gas projects;
Bachelor’s Degree -8-10 years in oil & gas projects
