Job Description:

LIER BUILDING:
1)RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LIER BUILDING DAILY OPERATION
2)    ALL DOCUMENTATION AND PUNCHES CLEARANCE DURING THE FAT AND SAT
3)    CONTROL NARRATIVE VERIFICATION FOR EACH UNITS
4)    ESD PANEL CAUSE AND EFFECT TESTING 
5)    FGS CAUSE AND EFFECT TESTING VERIFICATION 
6)    TRIP AND ALARM VERIFICATION
7)    LOGIC FORCE BYPASSING FOR PCC & START UP ACTIVITIES
8)    PLANT TROBLE SHOOTING INCLUDING OPERATION AND START UP/ COMMISSIONING 
9)    MRT FUNCTIONAL TEST SKID AND EQUIPMENTS DCS MONITORING 
10)    VERIFICATION OF INTIAL LINE UP DCS VERIFICATION
11)    SAT FOR THE ENTIRE PLANT WITH VENDOR
12)    PLC FUNCTIONL TEST 
13)    COMMISSIONING OF EACH SYSTEM 
14)    INTRODUCTION TO HC DCS OPERATION
15)    PURGING & INERTATION DCS MONITORING
16)    PLANT PERFORMANCE TEST RUN
17)    MONITORING FOR ABNORMALITIES AND RECTIFICATION WITH VENDOR
18)    PLANT OPERATIONS / START UP AND STABILIZATION UNTILL HANDOVER
19)PERIT AND LOTO SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Minimum Qualification: diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in mcehanical/Control / Instrumentation / Electrical /chemical Engineering

Experience: Diploma-10–15 years in oil & gas projects;
Bachelor’s Degree -8-15 years in oil & gas projects

Overseas experience : Yes(Bahrain is preferred)

Documentation Responsibility: FAT/SAT reports, C&E matrices, backups, final handover

Soft Skills / Leadership: Leadership under start-up pressure, vendor coordination

Standards knowledge (added advantage ): Yokogawa / Honeywell / Emerson / Siemens,Compressor station experience

Minimum Key Technical Competencies: DCS/ESD/F&G logic checks, graphics, alarms, troubleshooting
