Job Description:
1)SOLO RUN FOR ALL MOTORS & COMPRESSOR-(41 NOS APPROX-EACH NCFS)
 2) MECHANICAL RUN TEST (MRT)FOR ALL PUMPS AND COMPRESSOR (56 APPROX-EACH NCFS))
3) INTERNAL CLEANING OF VESSEL  INSPECTIONS -(86 APPROX-EACH NCFS)
4)BOX-UP INSPECTION--(86 APPROX-EACH NCFS)
5)INITIAL FILLING OF LUBRICATION AND CHEMICALS ETC (4 NOS APPROX )
6)VARIOUS INSPECTIONS AT EACH STAGE WITH BAPCO UPSTREAM (PCC/START-UP)
7)ALIGHNMENT(HOT)--(56 APPROX-EACH NCFS)
8)VENDOR ASSISTANCE
9)TROUBLE SHOOTING DURING PCC/START-UP
10)LUBE OIL FLUSHING/SEAL SYSTEM START UP
11)INITIAL START OF ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENTS AND CONTINUE MONITORING 
12)ALL WALKTHROUGH AND DOCUMENTATION(MEI/RFC/RFSU/PSSR)
13)MECHANICAL PUNCHES CLEARANCE DURING PCC&STARTUP
14)PERIT AND LOTO SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION

Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Diploma-10–15 years in oil & gas projects;
Bachelor’s Degree -8-10 years in oil & gas projects

Overseas experience : Yes(Bahrain is preferred)

Documentation Responsibility: Mechanical completion records, punch clearance, handover dossiers

Soft Skills / Leadership: Manpower supervision, problem-solving, site leadership,Leadership, coordination, strong HSE awareness

Standards knowledge (added advantage ): API, ASME; rotating & static equipment,Compressor station experience

Minimum Key Technical Competencies: Documentation,MRT,Compressors, pumps, vessels, alignment,Lube oil  flushing, preservation
