Responsibilities:

• Liaise with stakeholders for duration of the project and ensure that information is provided for proper site inspection and quality check/audit.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Fulfill other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Licensed Engineer or Licensed Architect.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Facade Inspection.
• Strong client-facing and project management skills.
• Willingness to work onsite.
• Available to start immediately.
