Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of people management strategies and programs by working closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, provide HR guidance, and develop tailored solutions to address workforce needs. The role drives change initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning: Responsible for overseeing the strategic approach to ensure that the organization has the right talent in the right place at the right time to achieve its objectives. Proactively anticipate talent needs, develop strategies to address them, and ensure that the organization has the right talent to drive success now and in the future.
• Employee Movements and Contracts Management: Responsible for managing Employee Movements in Operations ensuring that employee recommendations and release from one project/department to another are executed in compliance to standards and processes including timely issuance of accurate Employment Contracts to the employees.
• Employee Relations: Responsible for ensuring HR compliance to Company Policies and for managing employee discipline including grievances to mitigate if not fully avoid labor risks. Also responsible for ensuring positive workplace environment and healthy engagement levels among employees.

 

Job Qualifications

• Has extensive experience in HR Business Partnering role with major focus in Recruitment, Labor Relations, and Workforce Planning
• Must have extensive years of experience in managing teams and have worked with various levels in the organization.
• Good command of English language skills both in written and oral.
• Good command of computer skills MS Office
• Has a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any business-related course.
• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility
• Has high analytical, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Background in Construction industry is a plus.
