About the role

Join our team at Bureau Veritas S.A.' as a License Chemist based in Subic Zambales. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely chemical analysis and testing services to support our clients' compliance and quality control needs within the Science & Technology industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct a range of chemical analyses and tests on various samples according to established protocols and procedures

2. Interpret and report on test results, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data

3. Maintain detailed records and documentation to support testing activities

4. Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods and procedures

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory operations and processes

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline

2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chemist or in a similar laboratory role

3. Proven proficiency in the operation and maintenance of analytical equipment and instrumentation

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

7. Commitment to upholding quality standards and safety protocols
