Responsibilities:

• Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
• Perform specialized construction inspection work.
• Perform acceptance and rejection of services or completed work.
• Ensure proper execution of construction project plans.
• Produce daily QA inspection reports and oversee correction of noted deficiencies.
• Perform or verify all required construction QC sampling, testing, and documentation.
• Provide reports of observation and test results.
• Day-to-day working knowledge of project documents, drawings, specifications & scope of work.
• Inspect various types of work performed by Contractors/Subcontractors for correctness and compliance.
• Notify Contractors’ QA/QC representatives of identified deficiencies.
• Issue and track the status of project nonconformance reports and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with Contractors’/Vendors’ QA/QC inspections of materials/equipment.
• Participate in weekly QA/QC meetings and assist with internal and external quality audits.
• Use, control and distribution of project quality documentation.
• Assist Construction Manager in collecting data for statistical method reporting.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Must be a PRC Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Safety skills are required.
• Ability to monitor day-to-day site operations to ensure project quality and completion within budget and timeline.
• Available to start immediately.
