Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other relevant documents for presentation to Site Engineers or clients.
• Review building, construction, or architectural plans and determine quantity needs and cost of materials.
• Create price forecasts for the cost of materials and conduct feasibility studies.
• Gather data and quantification to verify project progress.
• Develop strategies to reduce overall project costs while ensuring best value for money.
• Measure and value work performed on site.
• Conduct Quantity Take-off and Plan interpretation.
• Handle material submission, ordering, and procurement.
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors.
• Perform monthly valuation of work in progress and forecast final cost and sales.

Qualifications:

• Must be a PRC Licensed Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineer.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field.
• Required skill(s): Construction, Property Engineering, Real Estate, Commercial, Building, and Infrastructure.
