Reports to: Valerie McArthur, Sr Manager

FLSA: Non-exempt

Hours Worked: Typically, Monday through Friday, forty-hours per week – temporary

However, must be flexible to meet the needs of the department and complete other projects as assigned.

Position Summary:

The Coding Consultant is responsible for reformatting an existing questionnaire from excel to a revised macro driven excel and include additional questions and reformat.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reformat existing questionnaire from client to include macros
• Include additional questions in excel and reformat as needed
• Confirm working and testing of reformatted questionnaire

• Excel macro knowledge
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solving and resolution management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or comparable experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of above.
