Provide engineering and technical support to plan, schedule, coordinate and execute full life cycle commissioning of critical facilities;

Participate in MEP design process; witnesses the static and dynamic testing of complex mechanical, electrical and controls systems and operates the system in normal, maintenance and failure modes of operations by performing the following duties:

• Perform test procedures, system level test (SLT) and integrated system testing (IST)
• Ability to setup and analyse data logging test equipment and data sets.
• Interacts with contractors; interprets design.
• Knowledge of controls and mechanical system from operations point of view.
• Responsibility for commissioning and handover of chilled water distribution and commercial HVAC systems.
• Conducts site observation surveys and prepares field reports on the status of projects and completion of projects with respect to compliance to the plans and specifications.
• Prepare punch list reports and determines corrective measures for on-site problems.
• Prepare general condition survey reports.
• Performs routine calculations.
• Acts as project coordinator with other field engineers, coordinating printing, presentation and administration procedures.
• Reviews P&ID drawings and technical submittals.
• Develop MEP test procedures.
• Develop MEP operating procedures.
• Responds to RFI's when requested by PM team.
• Performs various administrative duties.
