As a Sales Associate at Bureau Veritas Certification, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team's efforts to achieve business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating various sales activities, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and contributing to the overall success of our certification services.


1. Client Communication and Support: • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about our certification services, processes, and pricing. • Respond to client queries via phone, email, or other communication channels, offering professional and courteous assistance. • Collaborate with sales representatives to address client needs, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Sales Support: • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement activities. • Coordinate sales meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are prepared in advance. • Update and maintain client records, sales data, and relevant documentation using Salesforce or other tools. 3. Quotation and Proposal Preparation: • Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations and proposals for potential clients based on their requirements and our services. • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to gather necessary information for customized proposals. 4. Proposal Processing and Documentation: • Process proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. • Generate and maintain sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements in compliance with company policies and legal standards. 5. Cross-functional Coordination: • Liaise with internal teams, including technical, operational, and administrative staff, to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. • Collaborate with marketing to support the creation of sales materials, presentations, and promotional content. 6. Market and Competitor Analysis: • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team. • Contribute to the refinement of sales strategies based on market intelligence. 7. Reporting and Analytics: • Generate regular sales reports and performance metrics to track progress towards sales targets and goals. • Provide data-driven insights to the sales team to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES • Meet required amount of client meetings, proposals, contracts, revenue and pending quotes • Timely response to client requests for quotation or other program related activities. • High level of proactivity to seek-out prospective new clients and sales opportunities. • Achieving sales goals within designated sales target/sector. • High level of accuracy and completeness of work product. • Demonstrates initiative in acquiring new product knowledge, keeping current with product changes and new product development activities. • Keeps manager well informed of work activities and the status of assigned projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Familiarity with certification services, quality management, or relevant industry knowledge is a plus.
