Key Responsibilities
· Perform NDT inspections using ASNT Level II techniques including UT, VT, MT, PT, and ECT.
· Conduct onstream and ad-hoc inspections as required by operations.
· Prepare accurate and detailed NDT inspection reports.
· Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and handling of inspection equipment.
· Verify compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
· Supervise rope access operations (RAT Supervisor role) to ensure safe and efficient execution.
· Identify and evaluate defects, corrosion, and anomalies affecting asset integrity.
· Coordinate with inspection, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.
· Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and job safety analyses.
· Support continuous improvement of inspection processes and quality control activities.
Qualifications
· Strong proficiency in NDT methods: VT, PT, MT, UT, and ECT.
· Knowledge of advanced NDT techniques is an advantage.
· IRATA-Rope Access technician Level 1/2/3 (preferred).
· Experience in corrosion evaluation and quality control.
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills.
· Experience in the oil & gas or heavy industrial sector is preferred.
Requirements
· ASNT Level II (minimum) in UT, PT, MT, VT, and ECT.
· Engineering Diploma, HND, or relevant technical qualification.
· Rope Access Technician Supervisor certification (if applicable).
· Valid medical fitness certification for onsite activities.
· Strong safety awareness and adherence to industry standards.
