As part of a global Oil &Gas market context, we are recruiting for our Bureau Veritas Industry Product Line a Market Manager – Oil &Gas (F-M-D) on a CDI (permanent contract).
Reporting to Product Line SVP – Industry, you will join a team of dedicated professionals based in PARIS.
You will work closely with our operational teams and our clients within the framework of service delivery across four BV regions, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH

 

Your mission is to drive accelerated growth of BureauVeritas Oil &Gas services portfolio by developing market‑aligned service offerings, implementing solutions across regions, and leading digital transformation initiatives, ensuring revenue growth and enhanced customer satisfaction.

 

Your role is essential to the company’s strategic expansion in the Oil &Gas sector.

 

You will:

 

  • Accelerate revenue growth across the Oil & Gas market segment.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for upstream, midstream and downstream activities.
  • Design and optimise innovative service solutions (CapEx & OpEx) that meet market demands.
  • Lead digital‑transformation initiatives to modernise service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships, translating market intelligence into service innovations.

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen – You can anticipate market trends, define long‑term growth strategies, and align service development with Bureau Veritas’s corporate objectives.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills – You have a proven ability to secure high‑value contracts, optimise pricing structures, and drive revenue growth within the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management (C‑level, regional teams, customers) – You build trusted relationships, influence senior decision‑makers, and coordinate across functions without direct authority.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration ability – You lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering cooperation between sales, engineering, digital, and operations to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Results‑oriented and data‑driven mindset – You leverage market intelligence, KPIs and analytics to make informed decisions and achieve measurable performance targets.
  • Excellent communication in English (French a plus) – You convey ideas clearly and persuasively across regions and cultures, and can conduct workshops, webinars and executive briefings.
  • Leadership and team motivation – You inspire, develop and retain talent, creating a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
  • Adaptability in fast‑paced environment – You remain agile, responding quickly to changing market conditions, regulatory shifts and emerging technologies.
  • Customer‑centric approach – You focus on understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

 

You have 12+years of experience in the Oil &Gas industry, ideally with a strong interest in upstream operations and a track record of revenue growth and market expansion. Experience in service delivery or project management within an O&G context is essential.

Salary: Fixed (base) salary plus performance‑based variable component
