YOUR ROLE

Administration accountabilities:
➢ Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility
➢ Process, review, correct and professionalize delivered reports from Field Inspection Services
➢ Enter reporting data in relevant customer reporting systems
➢ Send corrected and professionalized reports to customers within agreed timeframe
➢ Ensure detailed hand over to relevant Client Coordinator including highlighting additional work
➢ Preparation of all information material needed in order to support the relevant organisational department
➢ Co-operate closely with the team lead customer services and client coordinators to deliver the highest added value to our customers
Generic accountabilities:
➢ Contribute to OFI (Opportunities for Improvements) and CAR (Corrective Action Report) registration when needed
➢ Contributes to a safe, trusted, fun and entrepreneurial working environment
➢ Contribute to initiatives that improve digital excellence (development new systems, interfaces between existing systems, system implementations)

 

 

WHO ARE YOU

You are result driven, flexible, detail orientated, and customer service orientated. Furthermore, you have:

 

➢ MBO working and thinking level, related to commercial customer service
➢ Preferably working experience in a relevant market or a relevant role
➢ Skilled to work with digital reporting tools such as Excel
➢ Preferably knowledge and experience related to the Commodity Inspection and Testing business
➢ Preferably knowledge of the internal company processes and tools
➢ Preferably knowledge of technical terms in both local and English language in writing and spoken
➢ Strong communication skills

➢ Ability to maintain the overview and setting priorities
