B&I Business & Operations Development Manager

Role Purpose
Responsible for managing business and operational activities in the area of Buildings and Infrastructure, ensuring development of strategic projects, efficient operations, cost optimization, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Client Business development
- Ensure efficient delivery of technical and operational services
- Manage day-to-day operations related to buildings and infrastructure
- Plan and optimize operational and capital expenditures (OPEX/CAPEX)
- Oversee maintenance, investments, and infrastructure development
- Manage external vendors and service providers
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements (Operational Excellence)
- Support business decision-making through analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, HR, Operations)
Requirements
- University degree (technical or business-related preferred)
- Proven experience in facility management, infrastructure, or operations
- Experience in team and vendor management
- Strong financial and budgeting knowledge
- Project and change management skills
- Analytical and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
