Industry Project & Business Development Manager

Purpose of the position / Overall task:

• Responsible for the industry services business development in alignment with the product line development strategy.

Responsibilities and main activities:

• Implement the strategy for developing IND services level according to the country market specific, in alignment with company goals and business development road map.
• Achieve the financial KPI’s (Revenue, Operating Profit and Sales Budget targets) for the IND business unit.
• Monitor continuously the market trends as well as the requirements and needs of customers and identify opportunities to develop new services and clients portfolio.
• Identify, develop, and implement new IND products/services.
• Responsible for the projects from commercial point of view, from offer stage until implementation and closing of the projects.
• Lead and coordinate IND initiatives and projects across the company’ internal divisions and departments.

• Coordinate the commercial offers, assuring their follow-up and delivery to the clients within the established deadlines.

• Works together with the other countries from the area to help in service portfolio development and implementation.

• Maintain up to date the CRM internal systems (Sales Force etc.).

• Conduct research and analysis on the latest IND trends and best practices.
• Coordinate and review large client’s for IND projects.
• Maintain awareness of new legislation and regulations related to construction domain.

Professional requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering / economics, or similar fields of study
• At least 5 years of experience working in engineering / projects management or business development.
• Knowledge of the certification and conformity assessment market, particularly expertise in Site Management, PED (Pressure Equipment Directive), IWE (International Welding Engineer), EWE (European Welding Engineer), and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) disciplines will be an advantage;
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• English – advanced level.
