Senior GL Accountant with English and German

We are looking for a passionate Senior General Ledger Accountant with English and German to join our growing SSC Finance team, serving Bureau Veritas group within Europe. 

Key Responsibilities: 

► Managing general ledger accounting processes

► Preparing financial reports

► Reconciling accounts

► Supporting month-end and year-end closing procedures

► Maintain compliance with internal and accounting policies and rules

What we expect from you:

► Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in case of secondary education or 5 years of relevant work experience in case of University education (Finance&Accounting or related field)

► Advanced English skills (C1/C2 level), intermediate German skills (min. B1 level), native Czech language skills 

► Fair knowledge of IFRS, professional accounting certification is a plus

► Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, knowledge of J.D.Edwards / Flex is an advantage

► Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving capabilities

► flexible in processing variable tasks, stress-resistant and open-minded individual

► advanced PC skills (MS Office)
