Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join Qualibet team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields, with experience in the Food, Feed, Pharma, or Testing Lab industries. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management System Maintenance:
- Maintain, implement, and improve the established Quality Management System.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System through management reviews, monthly meetings, and advisories.

Compliance and Regulatory Standards:
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with the Quality Management System, ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and other government regulations.
- Identify deviations from the Quality Management System and initiate actions to prevent or minimize such deviations.

Accreditations and Certifications:
- Maintain all necessary laboratory accreditations, certifications, and recognitions.
- Act as the contact person for external audits and facilitate implementation of corrective actions for discrepancies noted during audits.

Audit and Risk Management:
- Appoint and qualify Audit Team Leaders and External Assessors for internal audits.
- Approve qualified internal quality auditors with the General Manager's approval.
- Maintain Risk Management documents and monitor and review action plans for identified risks and opportunities.

Supplier and Service Provider Management:
- Facilitate the qualification process of suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors.
- Handle claims and complaints promptly and ensure corrective actions and control measures are performed accordingly.

Training and Development:
- Organize periodic Management Reviews.
- Conduct training of personnel on the Quality Management System.
- Participate in continuing training and development programs.

Additional Duties:
- Handle the petty cash fund and prepare replenishment reports.
- Prepare Training Certificates for internal trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and/or Qualibet Board of Directors.
Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.

Licensure:
- Relevant certifications in quality management or laboratory practices are advantageous but not mandatory.

Years of Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within the Food, Feed, Pharma, or Testing Lab industries.

Preferred Industry:
- Extensive experience in the Food/Feed industry is highly desirable.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Technical Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in Chemistry, Microbiology, and laboratory testing procedures.
- Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Analytical Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to drive quality improvements.

Attention to Detail:
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.

Leadership Skills:
- Leadership skills are not necessary, but the ability to mentor and train junior staff is beneficial.
