Overview: Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection, and certification services.

We are seekijg for a Quality Management Representative, who ensures compliance with the Quality Management System, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements, and other regulatory standards. Monitor and takes charge on the renewal of all permits, accreditations and licenses.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintains, implements, and improves the established Quality Management System and monitors its effectiveness.
2. Monitors the effectiveness of the management system by appropriate communication process through management systems reviews, monthly meetings and advisories.
3. Ensures that the laboratory activities are following the Quality Management System, PNS ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, and other government regulations and recognitions.
4. Identifies the occurrence of deviations from the QMS, and initiates actions to prevent or minimize such deviations.
5. Maintains all necessary laboratory accreditations, certifications and recognitions.
6. Acts as the contact person for external audits and acknowledges and facilitates implementation of corrective actions on any discrepancies noted during the external audits.
7. Appoints and qualifies Audit Team Leader and External Assessor to perform internal audit, as necessary.
8. Approves qualified internal quality auditors with the approval of the Operations Manager / General Manager.
9. Maintains the Risk Management documents and monitors and reviews the action plans for the raised risks/opportunities.
10. Facilitates the qualification process of the supplier / service provider / subcontractor.
11. Handles claims and complaints promptly and ensure that corrective actions and control measures are performed accordingly.
12. Organizes the periodic Management Reviews.
13. Conducts training of personnel on the Quality Management System.
14. Participates in continuing training and development programs.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate with a degree in any science or engineering course

Years of Exeprience: 2-3 years

Preferred Industry: Testing Laboratory

Leadership Skills: Average
