SUMMARY:

 

Responsible for owning the client relationship on behalf of the business, serving as the client’s primary contact. Provides continuity in the oversight of the project, from client request for proposal to final project closeout. Identifies any risks to revenue forecasts or contractual requirements in the interest of serving BV clients with the optimum results.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.

 

  1. Extensive client facing tasks including full participation on virtual project kickoff calls with client and client assigned vendors. 
  2. Monitors project/program progress by facilitating weekly calls with relevant teams on the status of all projects and identify any risks to revenue forecasts or contractual requirements. 
  3. Facilitates contracts and Master Service Agreement (MSA) compliance/approval process with legal team.
  4. Prepares, proofs and distributes CARs (project work plans), proposals, reliance letters, and COI’s.
  5. Maintains responsibility for client billing requirements and provide proper invoicing directions to the accounting team. 
  6. Owns the client relationship on behalf of the business, serving as the client’s primary contact for project updates for the duration of the project.
  7. Responsible for managing all stages of project tracking from client request for proposal to final project closeout, including identifying milestones and deliverables across all disciplines, and identifying any risk to revenue forecasts or contractual requirements.
  8. Communicates with internal stakeholders with regards to project/program status. Works directly with the Sales team, technical teams, and operations teams to advise the status of work, and ensure BV is meeting Client and contractual expectations.
  9. Manages changes in project/program scope, identifies potential risks, and devises contingency plans. Responsible for change management, submitting change orders, and ensuring that project add-ons are communicated timely to the relevant teams.
  10. Responsible for tracking of onsite dates for all services and updating client as needed to ensure all services are delivered on time as quoted or client is kept routinely updated if projects are delayed. 
  11. Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
  12. Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients’ needs.
  13. Demonstrates BV’s guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
  14. Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of BV's quality standards and strategic initiatives.
  15. Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
  16. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the job.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

Indirectly or directly supervises employees within the Client Services team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work. Provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the Client Services team.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of four years of related experience. In lieu of degree, six years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None required.

 

Language Ability: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.

 

Reasoning AbilityAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 

 

Technology Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in operating a computer, having knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software.
