Bureau Veritas recently acquired Aligned Incentives, the developer of AITrack, a disruptive sustainability SaaS solution that helps leading companies reduce their footprint, with a next-generation solution for tackling scope 3 emissions. Bureau Veritas is currently building a global sales team to roll out AITrack with its 400,000 customers as well as with new customers.

 

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced sales executive for North America. You will be the main sales contact point with our US based clients and play a critical role in understanding our clients’ unique sustainability challenges and leveraging the power of our revolutionary AITrack Software-as-a-service (Saas) platform and global analytical preference to derive strategic insights to derive innovative solutions. You will leverage your experience in consultative selling to market AITrack to help large companies achieve their climate targets. You will help us identify and close new opportunities, build and shape Aligned Incentives’ sales playbook and manage all stages of the sales cycle.

Main Responsibilites:

• Sell AITrack. Find your way to the right people at leading companies, educate them about effective climate programs, and help them succeed with Bureau Veritas/AITrack. You’ll own the full lifecycle, from first outbound to contract signature.

• Develop the AITrack sales playbook, you will work with your sales and marketing colleagues in Europe and the US to develop a specific US playbook.

• Educate companies on how they can best navigate the world of environmental and carbon reduction targets, with a focus on decarbonizing their supply chain.

Qualifications:

• Have a 5+ year track record of sales excellence, meeting your quotas, especially with enterprise customers (>$1B in annual revenue) at an executive level.

• Have 3+ years’ experience in the sustainability space with a significant network.

• Are collaborative and enjoy working with an international and diverse and dynamic team of sales, marketing, and sustainability professionals.

• Are a self-starter, who enjoys the idea of being the first US sales executive, with the opportunity to develop a strong regional presence.

• Love seeking out new domains. You’ve sold products in complex or technical fields, and relish becoming an expert on your subject matter. You’re voraciously curious. You’re excited to learn everything about climate and help companies navigate this space.

Salary Range: $100-$150K

Annual Incentive Bonus

Base Pay is adjusted based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience
