Job Summary: |

The Regional HSE Manager supports implementation of HSE systems, processes, programs and compliance with all company, local, provincial, territory, state and federal regulations at the locations and/or projects within their assigned region. This leader will work directly with the Director of HSE and local business leaders to develop a culture of safety and environmental stewardship, where our employees’ safety and well-being is always first. This leader will serve as a technical expert and resource in HSE matters and serve as the leader/resource in their assigned areas of responsibility. As a member of the corporate HSE team, they will support their operations in the execution of HSE systems, programs, policies and processes. Field support, auditing, and continuous improvement will also be key responsibilities, requiring flexibility and significant travel (~50%). Additionally, this manager is responsible for working cross-functionally with other roles including operations, quality, corporate social responsibility & environment, human resources, etc. |
