About the job

We currently have room for expansion in our team at the Back Office of Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore. In this role you will coordinate all the administrative processes related to the planning department in Rotterdam. An exciting and diverse role where you will get acquainted wit all facets of the business and where there is room for growth.

 

What will you do
 

  • Performance of the daily activities in relation to planning for NS, ISM/ISPS, NC, BVN and C&O including remote survey center
  • Handling of mails and requests
  • Monitor the workload and report delays of field survey department 
  • Evaluate the workload of surveyor reports
  • Monitor the quality of administrative processes related to planning
  • Clear communication to internal and external interfaces


Qualifications

  • Higher Vocational Education and relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English language
  • Knowledge of MS Products (Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • Pro-active team player
  • Accurate 
  • Excellent administratie and communicative skills
