Join a dynamic team: Our team, specialized in issuing tonnage certificates, is looking for a Naval Expert based in Saint-Herblain (44), France..
Your main missions:
- Evaluate Ship Tonnage:
You will conduct technical analyses to calculate the tonnage of new or in-service ships to issue the required certificates (ITC69, Suez Canal, Panama Canal). You will work directly with design offices and shipyards.
- Manage Your Client Portfolio:
Prepare commercial proposals, oversee projects within your portfolio, handle invoicing, and maintain close client follow-up.
- Train and Support Our Global Teams:
Contribute to the effective operation of our international network by providing support and training on technical issues related to ship tonnage. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction.
Your strengths for success:
- A degree in Naval Construction (BTS), Naval Engineering (Professional Degree), or equivalent.
- Solid expertise in reading ship plans and ship design.
- Proficiency with IT tools and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who adapts easily to internal and external client needs.
- A good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and our international network.
