Job Title and Purpose

 

Amechanical supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work in buildings or large complexes. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.

 

Job Location

 

  • Will be based in Sarimay, Khorezm region.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Supervision and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanical technicians and tradespeople on-site, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Project Oversight: Coordinate and oversee all mechanical activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support in the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and related equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical activities within the broader project scope.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly address and resolve any mechanical issues or challenges that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work activities, equipment maintenance, and project milestones, contributing to comprehensive project documentation.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical supervision.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
