Business Duties

• Lead Auditor of Cosmetics
• Having qualification of Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 22716, etc.
• Delivery of CER ISO 9001 & ISO 22716 Product Business 
• Talent development and training plan & implementation for qualified product
• Ensure consistent application of all relevant policies and procedures in cosmetic Product
• Ensure clear communication to all internal and external interfaces in cosmetic Product
• Development of all marketing materials needed in order to support the relevant in cosmetic & new products.
• Supporting sales and marketing to develop new cosmetic market.
• Performs any other activities, as instructed by their line manager.

People Development

• Lead through example by tireless learning
• Engage with Team member and create “One Team” culture
• Acquire talents from various channel to enhance existing service and to expand service scope
• Provide with necessary/relevant training to potential talent to enhance capability and upgrade job skillset and contribute to drive result
• Develop successor plan to narrow down the position vacancy and smooth transition
• Organize efficient team with right position with its clear role & responsibility

Report

Report to BU Manager and dotted line report to Region and GBL

Qualification

• Major: Bachelor’s degree in science or Bio Science is most preferable (consideration will be given to other science as well i.e. chemical science depend on the additional training course attended related to cosmetics)
• At least 5 years work experience of proven management function in Cosmetics industry with minimum 2 years work experience in Quality assurance function or quality & safety management system coordination.
• Minimum 5 years auditing experience and qualified as ISO lead auditor.
• Experience in delivering training is preferable.
