Overall responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) for the Industry Business for South Korea from sales to delivery of the business operations. Responsible identifying sales opportunities and meeting customers to drive sales and closing sales for the business operations.

 

 

Business Development Duties

 

  • Develop business strategy for organic growth with sound operation profit vs. revenue and vs. production
  • Define areas to develop and invest for sustainable long-term growth and high value margin creation from industry of conventional/renewable energy and construction
  • Enrich project pipelines by execution of proactive action plan and retain Salesforce.com up to date
  • Be vigilant on policy & regulatory evolvement and market trend to catch relevant market opportunities
  • Consistent networking with clients as well as Global Business Line (GBL) and Technical Center (TC) to retain market influence and reputation
  • Set utilization target and expenditure budget to optimize productivity and profit
  • Set clear goal and manage KPI for each business segment to drive result
  • Manage P&L of Industry Business Unit

 

 

 

People Development

 

  • Engage with Team member and create “One Team” culture
  • Acquire talents from various channel to enhance existing service and to expand service scope
  • Provide with necessary/relevant training to potential talent to enhance capability and upgrade job skillset and contribute to drive result
  • Organize efficient team with right position with its clear role & responsibility

 

 

Qualification

 

  • Major: Engineering related disciplines
  • 10-year or more working experience in companies handling renewable energy, oil & petroleum, machinery, CCUS, hydrogen, and Testing/Inspection/Certification (TIC)
  • Experience in large team operation, key account management
  • Sales experience preferred
