Job Responsibilities

  • Determine and identify new business opportunities by analyzing business needs in existing and new markets
  • Preparation of business development plan, define and follow up which in line with the sales targets and objectives
  • To manage, coordinate and conduct the sales activities to achieve sales target and profitability target for the Company
  • Increase the Company’s involvement with existing clients and also to increase the Company’s client networks-customer concentricity and focus
  • Responsible for sharing the technical input and program planning for public sector PSI & PFI
  • Tender preparation negotiation and follow up
  • Handling of commercial issues, i.e. terms and condition, payment schedules, complaints
  • Identify and manage calculated risk in each sales opportunities
  • Prepare presentation and delivery pitches to potential client
  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with the clients and cater to their needs effectively by cross selling the services of the Company
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Attend conferences, meetings and industry events to grow the pool of partners to aid in expanding the range of services

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Engineering
  • Possess 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management
  • Experienced in B2B sales experience
  • Public sector/infrastructure projects experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with proven track record of meeting sales targets
