Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the building inspection tasks related to PSI, PFI and SLA.
• Perform structural inspections on existing building or infrastructure to identify defects and repair.
• Liaison with clients or ground agencies for on-site inspection works.
• Report inspection outcomes to the Qualified Person.
• Prepare inspection reports in the designated format and within specified timeframe.
• Liaison with Authorities for submissions.
• Supervise construction work by contractor in accordance with specifications or approved methods and maintain site records accordingly.
• Conduct site check to ensure the usage of approved materials and report any non-conformance to the Qualified Person.
• Verify all claims and reports submitted by subcontractors.
• Assist in identifying or verifying with ground agencies on the buildings that have previously undergone building repairs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum higher NITEC in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience at the construction site is added-advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Detailed-oriented, meticulous, and good time management
• Civil engineer who is experienced and equipped with FI cert is preferred.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply for this position
