Job Overview:
The Executive, Sustainability Growth provides internal commercial and administrative support for the development of sales proposals, quotations, and related documentation for Bureau Veritas’ services. The role works closely with business development teams, technical experts, and internal stakeholders to coordinate proposal inputs, prepare submission materials, maintain sales records, and support the smooth administration of the sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
Proposal and quotation support
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and related commercial documents based on inputs from business development teams and technical colleagues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and operational inputs required for proposal development.
- Format, compile, review, and finalize proposal documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Support the preparation of tender submissions, bid documents, and pre-qualification materials where required.
- Ensure proposals and quotations are prepared and submitted within required timelines and internal approval requirements.
Sales coordination and internal support
- Support business development teams in the administration of sales opportunities, including document preparation, follow-up coordination, and internal tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of proposals, quotations, contracts, and opportunity status in internal systems and trackers.
- Coordinate internal review and approval processes for agreements, proposals, pricing, and commercial submissions.
- Liaise with relevant departments, including technical teams, finance, legal, and operations, to support commercial documentation and workflow completion.
Documentation and process management
- Maintain and update standard proposal templates, sales materials, company credentials, and supporting documentation.
- Support the organization and upkeep of tender libraries, reference project lists, CVs, and other proposal resources.
- Support sales reporting and tracking of business development performance for sustainability services.
Key Deliverables:
- Prepare timely and accurate sales proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Maintain up-to-date sales records, templates, trackers, and proposal files.
- Support smooth internal coordination and timely completion of proposal and approval processes.
- Ensure consistency, completeness, and quality of sales-related documents and submission materials.
Job Requirements:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, administration, tender support, or proposal preparation.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Good written communication and document formatting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work carefully with documents and data.
- Able to work well with internal teams and follow established processes.
- Experience in a professional services, technical services, or consulting environment is an advantage.
