Job Responsibilities
- Ensure proper finance operation including Billing, Revenue Recognition, Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Balance sheet monitoring and Cash flow management
- Lead Business Line budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure accuracy & timely submission of order books
- Coordinate and direct month-end and year-end close process, prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
- Develop and monitor a balanced set of KPIs reflecting all aspects of the Business Line's performance, ensuring early identification of issues as well as outcomes
- Advise, document and implement process improvement measures on resource allocation, invoicing process, revenue recognition, expense booking and other management reporting related issues to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Manage audit queries from Internal and External Auditors
- Collaborate on new tenders or contracts to ensure financial compliance with the company business models. Monitor all active bank guarantees
- Partners with Business Line Management, develop strategies and initiatives that lead to continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain costing models to ensure that cost drivers are understood and activities are priced to recover their true cost. Review and refine pricing models/tools
- Participate in due diligence analysis of new business opportunities
- Assist to prepare Business Review Meeting for Singapore, as well as other related meetings
- Support any M&A, divestment, creation of new entity cases
- Other control duties as necessary
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or Accomplished Finance Professional qualification
- 5-10 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling and audit
- Candidate should have a hands-on mindset
- Expert level in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in other Microsoft applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Prior experience with SAP BPC and Power BI would be an advantage
- Good business report writing skills and correspondence with stakeholders is required
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
