Job Responsibilities
- Partners with Business Line Management, develop strategies and initiatives that lead to continuous improvement
- Working with Business Line Management, be responsible for financial performance (Revenue, Production, Operating Profit, Day Sales Outstanding, Resource Utilization) of each Business Line
- Advise and implement process improvement measures on resource allocation, invoicing process, revenue recognition, expense booking and other management reporting related issues
- Develop and maintain costing models to ensure that cost drivers are understood and activities are priced to recover their true cost. Review and refine pricing models/tools
- Monitor and analyze each Business Line's performance against metrics/KPI and budgets
- Develop and monitor a balanced set of KPIs reflecting all aspects of the Business Line's performance, ensuring early identification of issues as well as outcomes
- Develop and manage the order book and invoicing systems and procedures to streamline the revenue and expenses projections
- Lead Business Line budgeting and forecasting processes. Ensure accuracy & timely submission of order books
- Collaborate on new tenders or contracts to ensure financial compliance with the company business models. Monitor all active bank guarantees
- Support the efforts to identify report and analyze operating errors, losses and near misses. Propose procedure and control changes, where appropriate
- Participate in due diligence analysis of new business opportunities
- Ensure data integrity in contracts profitability management. Correct coding of revenue and costs, as well as accuracy of contract number
- Assist to prepare Business Review Meeting for Singapore and Region, as well as other related meetings
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance or Accomplished Finance Professional qualification
- 5- 10 years of relevant work experience in finance, controlling and audit
- SEA Regional experience would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Good business report writing skills and correspondence with stakeholders is required
