The HR Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role supports workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness to drive business performance.

 

The HRBP serves as a trusted advisor and the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Support workforce planning to address manpower needs and retention challenges.

 

Employee Support & Relations

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, including policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR best practices.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

 

Talent Development & Performance Management

  • Support learning and development initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities.
  • Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programmes.
  • Guide managers on performance management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.

 

Diversity and Inclusion

  • Support initiatives that promote gender equity and an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure fair and consistent HR practices across teams.

 

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Support manpower planning and workforce optimization.

 

Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies comply with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Support HR best practices.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Good business acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to accuracy
