Quality Assurance Executive

- Perform rigorous quality checks and controls to ensure food products are safe and compliant with health standards.
- Test food samples in Chemistry and Microbiology.
- Work closely with other team members and suppliers, including QA, FoodTech, Engineers, and relevant teams, to enhance product quality and safety.
- Conduct sampling, food audits/inspections at suppliers’ sites according to company guidelines/checklists.
- Prepare reports and follow up on action plans from audits or inspections.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and scientific advancements in food technology and nutrition.
- Evaluate and verify product compliance against set specifications, including nutritional, appearance, taste, texture, odor, and color standards.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Description:

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Nutrition.
- A good understanding of food/laboratory testing, including Chemistry and Microbiology.
- Knowledge of Halal, Kosher, HACCP, FSSC, ISO procedures will be an advantage.
- Preferably 1-2 years of work experience in relevant fields.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, vendors, and potentially clients.

- This position is for a 1-year contract subject to renewal
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday
- Location: Joo Koon Circle, Singapore
