Job Responsibilities:
- New business development and existing customer management including Site Supervision and Airport project
- Build and strengthen good relationships with clients, prospects, and associations
- Coordination of regional / global contracts
- Provide market information and participate in direct marketing strategy / planning
- Attend to clients' enquiries as well as to manage and resolve issues and complaints
- Preparation of brochures and track records
- Weekly reporting on sales activities
- Preparation and coordination of seminars for the business
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
- Take part in strategic decisions of development of specific market and launching of new products
- Identify and source for partnership opportunities by researching partners, key players, and generate interest
- Coach and mentor team members to support strategic and professional partnership initiatives
- Monitor key account clients, and keep an ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Responsible for the sales targets as per allocated budget and assess profit and loss per contract within the Bureau Veritas guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (preferably airport infrastructure or engineering).
- Basic understanding of inspection services is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
