Perform various analytical tests and ensure all samples are tested and completed on time using the appropriate test methods.
Conduct methodological research by evaluating procedures, techniques, and instrumentation.
Stay up-to-date on food and pharmaceutical testing, analytical instrumentation and method development.
Verify, validate, and/or perform the transfer of analytical methods.
Identify and resolve issues with test method performance.
Investigate problematic laboratory samples.
To support maintaining the standard of testing activities and assist in any improvement plans and executions.

Degree in Food Science/Chemistry.
Minimum 5 years of laboratory experience in chemical analysis of food.
Experience in operating HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS and UV-Vis spectrophotometers preferred.
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management system.
