We are seeking experienced Senior Resident Engineers / Architects across multiple disciplines (including Mechanical & Electrical, Architecture, Civil and related built-environment fields) to lead site supervision teams on large-scale and complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the discipline-specific site supervision team to monitor, supervise and inspect construction works in accordance with project requirements and directions from the Employer, Qualified Persons (QP), consultants and asset owners.
• Plan and manage shift rosters aligned with contractors’ work schedules, ensuring compliance with all relevant Acts and Regulations, and safeguarding the welfare, safety and wellbeing of supervision personnel.
• Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee quality control and assurance procedures, construction administration matters, and preparation and submission of progress and compliance reports.
• Actively promote and enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards on site, fostering a strong safety culture among supervision staff and contractors.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, authorities and client representatives to resolve site issues and ensure timely delivery of works.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in the respective discipline, with at least 8 years on projects of similar scale, complexity and operational constraints, including major building or infrastructure works.
• Possess a recognised degree or professional qualification in the relevant discipline (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Civil or related fields), recognised by the appropriate professional or regulatory bodies in Singapore.
• Professional accreditation or registration with relevant institutions is required where applicable (e.g. ACES / IES registration as Resident Engineer – C&S).
• Proven track record in leading site supervision teams on complex projects, with strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in statutory codes, regulations and authority requirements applicable to the discipline, including site supervision obligations, quality control procedures and construction administration processes.
• Strong commitment to safety and health on site, with good working knowledge of the Workplace Safety and Health Manual and related procedures.
• Ability to remain updated on revisions to safety manuals, procedures, authority requirements and project-specific circulars.
• Experience or familiarity with aviation projects in live operational environments (landside/airside) will be an advantage but not essential.
