Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to support the operations and marketing of our Industrial and Testing & Laboratory Services. You will play a key role in coordinating inspections, ensuring compliance with international standards, and working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high quality service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running operation & marketing of Industry (IND) and Transport and Logistics (TLS) Service activities/products
- Work closely with Project Manager/Business Development Manager of IND and TLS in achieving the budgeted profit and loss
- Monitor invoicing of completed inspection job
- Coordinate inspections activities in conformance under the requirements of International/Local Standard and Codes
- Attend client meetings to deliver services according to client requirement and Specification
- Able to identify routine problem and provide professional advice to management or client
- Define and drive initiatives to ensure Operational and Technical excellence, quality outcomes and client satisfaction
- Carry out and monitor Operational and Technical performance, through close follow up of monthly reports (markets, competitors, clients, finance, cash collection) and initiate corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with international and local statutory, industrial and legal requirements and Group guidelines, including Ethics, Technical, Quality and Risk Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, ideally in industrial inspection or technical operations.
- Experience in the container industry or involvement in large-scale project (e.g., PSA projects) is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and drive results across teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
