Responsibilites

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and continuity
  • Coordinate administrative functions including travel arrangements, meeting organization, and documentation processes
  • Support senior management in identifying, evaluating, and developing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, tenders, contracts, and commercial documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Follow up on leads, business opportunities, and client requests in a timely manner
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure effective execution of business plans
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, client meetings, and official visits when required
  • Ensure all activities are conducted with strict confidentiality and in compliance with company ethics and policies
  • Manage client and subcontractor communications, ensuring clear and effective information flow
  • Handle new client inquiries and prepare corresponding contracts and subcontractor agreements
  • Track and renew expired subcontractor agreements in a timely manner
  • Oversee document workflow processes including submission, review, and approval cycles
  • Attend and actively participate in industry associations, embassy meetings, and government agency discussions to support business development
  • Develop and maintain strategic communication channels with public institutions and international partners

 

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills (Russian and French are desired);
  • Excellent interpersonal and team working skills.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to motivate, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of self-motivation, strong presentation skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends
  • Solid understanding of negotiation techniques, contracting processes, and customer relationship management.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar tools) is an asset.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a customer-facing commercial role.
