We are looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in highway, road, and infrastructure projects. The Highway Engineer will be responsible for planning, design review, and supervision of road construction activities, ensuring compliance with standards, quality, and project timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, design, and supervise highway and road construction projects
  • Review engineering drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to DPWH standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
  • Monitor site progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost management

Qualifications:

 

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in highway, road, or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of road design, construction methods, and materials
  • Familiarity with DPWH standards and highway engineering practices
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government projects
  • Knowledge of traffic engineering and pavement design
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
